星期二的下午,继续和没完没了的文件博斗。
从醒来到下午三点,才甘愿踏出办公室找吃。
想了再想,最后踏入街角的pizza hut,外带一份12“披萨。
再到隔壁药材店买了一瓶100plus。
回到办公室,一边啃披萨一边读从图书馆借来的《不可思议国度的打工侦探》。
吃饱以后继续工作。
傍晚五点半,开始为花了一整天时间整理文件的自己做一些伸展运动。
从warm up, squat challenge, upper body workout到cool down.
看似缓慢的运动,却还是很快就流了一身汗。
再运动的当儿,忽然想起n个月前阿金问我还有没有继续跑步。
我坦白地说没有。
阿金再问当初是不是纯粹为了爬神山才跑步。
我说了是。后来想想其实也不是。
第一次爬山,跑步维持不到两个月。
第二次爬山,根本就没有跑步的时间。
但总觉得第二次爬山的时候状态比第一次好。
开始喜欢爬山是因为爱上那种挑战自我极限的感觉。
开始不定期运动,纯粹是为了寻找另一种打发时间的消遣。
